The North Caldwell Borough Council will meet on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in borough hall, at 141 Gould Ave.   

The West Caldwell Township Council has canceled its originally scheduled meeting on Tuesday. The next meeting will be Sept. 3 at 7:15 p.m. in town hall, at 30 Clinton Road.

The West Caldwell Book and Film Discussion Summer Reading Club will discuss Ernest Hemingway's "A Farewell To Arms" Tuesday from 5:30-8 p.m. For more information, call the library at (973) 226-5441. 

The Caldwell Public Library's LEGO Club will be held Wednesday from 6:30-8 p.m. at the library. 

The West Caldwell Summer Concert Series will come to a finale on Thursday. The 52nd Street Band, the world’s longest running Billy Joel tribute band, will play at the gazebo at Crane Park. Food will be served by Forte’s Restaurante starting at 6:30 p.m. and the concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.
