Road Construction Talks, Last Day of School, Graduation Ceremonies This Week

The North Caldwell Planning Board will meet Monday at 7:30 p.m. in borough hall, at 141 Gould Ave.

The Caldwell Council will meet for a conference on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in borough hall, at 1 Provost Square. The council is expected to award a contract that night for crews to mill and pave Brookside Avenue. Construction on the roadway is anticipated to begin in early July and end on Sept. 6. 

The West Caldwell Council will also meet Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. in the township municipal building, at 30 Clinton Road. 

The North Caldwell Board of Adjustments will meet Wednesday at 8 p.m. in borough hall, at 141 Gould Ave.

Thursday will be the last day of school for Caldwell-West Caldwell schools. 

The James Caldwell High School senior graduation will be Thursday at the high school starting at 6 p.m.  

Friday will be the last day of school for West Essex High School students. The West Essex High School senior graduation will also be on Friday.
