Maxine & Ed Alstrom In Concert

Join us for very special evening of music starring Maxine and Ed Alstrom playing the music you love. They will also answer questions about having a diversified career in music and how to play the piano with Max's Magic Chord Method. 

Maxine has performed with Count Basie, Cissy Houston, John Lloyd Young the lead from Jersey Boys, Paul Shaffer, Eddie Brigati, Stevie Van Zandt, etc. and lots of parties and country clubs in the tri-state area. She was an Exciter with Larry and the Exciters and toured the US and Canada for years. She has a BA in Music Ed and has enjoyed a passionate and diverse career including world-wide keyboard demos.

 Ed is currently in his 10th season as Weekend Organist at Yankee Stadium and is a full-time Music Director at Westfield Presbyterian Church and at Temple Ner Tamid in Bloomfield,  He was Darlene Loves's music director and has appeared on David Letterman. He has performed with Leonard Bernstein, Chuck Berry, Bette Midler, Paul Shaffer, John Lloyd Young, Jimmy Vivino, Levon Helm  etc. and has played keyboard for many Broadway and Off Broadway shows including Hairspray, and Dream a Little Dream. He designed keyboards for Casio and done worldwide demos including QVC and HSN.
