For Sale on Craigslist: Eurogrill, Former Sonny's Pizza

There are a lot of things people in the Caldwells sell on Craiglist, but this week, The Caldwells Patch found two local restaurants for sale. 

The Portuguese restaurant Eurogrill, located at 460 Bloomfield Ave., is up for sale on Craigslist. The listing was confirmed by an employee at the restaurant.

The restaurant is "priced for a quick sale," the Craiglist post says, and is listed for $39,000, with a monthly rent of $2,800. 

Eurogrill moved into town about six years ago, and has  on The Caldwell Patch's directory with 4.5 out of 5 stars. The restaurant also won 3rd place in the Patch's 2012 Readers' Choice Awards in the chicken and barbecue category. 

The Portuguese restaurant is still open for business. 

The owner could not be reached for comment. 

In addition, the former Original Sonny's Pizza and Pasta is listed for $22,900 on Craigslist, with a monthly lease of $2,500. Located at 669 Bloomfield Ave., the pizzeria closed about three months ago. 

The landlord for the business Mike Iannaccone said that the location has been a pizzeria for the past 50 years even though it has occasionally changed hands.

Iannaccone said "everything is still in there" from when Sonny's was open, including ovens, pots, pans, tables, chairs and more — all of which comes with the purchase.
