Friends of West Essex (FOWE) of New Jersey is a non-profit, social membership organization formally established in 1990, offering a wide variety of activities for stay-at-home and working parents, new parents, and nannies living in West Essex area (Caldwell, Essex Fells, Fairfield, Livingston, North Caldwell, Roseland, Verona, West Caldwell and West Orange).

FOWE offers a wide variety of activities for its members including playgroups, children’s outings, book discussions, ladies night out, children’s parties and crafts, “in a pinch” support services, and much more.
