On the article Obama-Romney Debate Round Three: Who Has Made The Best Case?

Wrong, Ann. We have less respect. The very fact of our debt has made us a subject of derision. Obama came across as rude, petty, and unpresidential, but frankly I don't care about that. I care about his record which is awful. I would never vote for him. Nor do I care who Romney's advisor is. I care about his own judgment and it appears to me to be sound. I have much more confidence in him to get our economy straightened out than I do in Obama. I feel less and less safe with Obama in charge. He made promises he has failed to keep. Why would you believe him this time around?

ReplyWhy would anyone vote a second time for someone who has done such a stunningly horrible job in his first term? We are less safe, we have less money in our pockets, we are less respected around the world.

I agree. These surveys are useless, perhaps even ridiculous. Instead of pitting one place against another, shouldn't Patch find ways to encourage us to support ALL of our local places? The winners are too often the places that aggressively solicited votes from friends and relatives.

ReplyMichael is a fantastic chef! He worked at my husband's restaurant when it was the Huddle Inn. I remember many of his amazing dishes--and i miss them! Lew and I congratulate him on his well-deserved victory and wish him luck in the next competition. We will not, however, be trying the chicken feet dish!

Rick--
Thanks for picking up on that error. Odd that it shows up as a "u" but is really an "i." Hopefully, that will soon be fixed.

Nice, but why is our local Patch promoting a restaurant in Newark? There are plenty of restaurants right here that serve mac & cheese and that would appreciate some pr.
