Even "regular" boats are over 10-15 mph on plane. My May-Craft (18ft 10in) won't get on a decent plane until about 20 mph or so. WOT she'll run between 35-40 mph.

None of the beaches in Surf City or Brant Beach are private. A certain number in Harvey Cedars are, however.

The salary for the mayor's position is $52K as it has been for several years. A mayor can waive the salary if he or she wishes.

In the case of PPDR, the state just recently allowed these contracts to be awarded. DEP was promulgating instructions on hazardous material removal, etc.

I enjoyed this one. Indeed, while the name of the position is "township clerk," the person serving in this position is a department head, not a "clerk" in the sense of an entry-level clerical employee.
