About Akiko
I always wanted to be a stay-at-home mom ever since I was little. With my free time, I signed up for Star Ledger Newspaper’s Munchmobile for 2 years in a row (Sushi and Steak), won the West Caldwell Centennial Logo contest, enjoyed volunteering at the elementary school heading the Pumpkin Painting, Pizza lunch, Tricky Tray Fundraising, Literacy Committee, 5th grade promotion committee and participated in most of the other committees. Now that my children are out of elementary school, I focus my volunteer at the Grover Cleveland Birthplace and Boy Scout Troop 6. I love eating out, trying different restaurant, interesting dish. My favorite: sushi and steak.
