Retired Teacher Takes Seat on Board of Education

A new and a returning Board of Education member were sworn in Monday night at the Caldwell-West Caldwell Reorganization Meeting. Business Administrator Kerry Keane administered the oath to Thomas Adams, a retired high school teacher in the district, and Paula Getty, an attorney. This will be Adams' first three-year term on the Board of Education. Getty has served on the board since 2009. Following the oaths, Mary Davidson was chosen by unanimous vote to serve as president of the board. Getty will serve as vice president.
