A message from Mayor Ann Dassing says PSE&G main transfer station to area was flooded. Here's a look at how the historic storm has impacted the Caldwells. A gas station attendant is in the hospital after he was apparently struck in the head during a robbery at the Exxon gas station Aug. 13 in Caldwell.
