Update: Livingston Mall Reopened, Power Restored

The power returned late Saturday afternoon.

5 p.m. Saturday update: Power has been restored to the mall. The mall is now open until 9:30pm and will open as scheduled tomorrow at 11 a.m. 11 a.m. update: The Livingston Mall remains closed Saturday following a power outage caused by a blown transformer. The mall posted on their facebook page: Due to a power outage Livingston Mall will be closed today, Saturday, December 29th. Please check for updates on hours for tomorrow. Thank you. Police Seek Help Identifying Shoplifter

Suspect has shoplifted from Lord & Taylor twice this week.

The Livingston Police Department are looking to residents for help in identifying a man who has been seen shoplifting twice this week from the Lord & Taylor in the Livingston Mall. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the man fled the store with several men polo shirts in his possession. He did not pay for the merchandise.  The shoplifter was seen getting into a four-door silver Honda Accord. The license plate of the vehicle starts with GB4-. Anyone with information on the identity of the man should contact the Livingston Police Detective Bureau at 973-992-3000, ext. 3200.
