Donations for Sandy Victims Fill Up Former Toy Store

Hurricane donation center operated by West Caldwell Police Department open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Sunday.

Drive-up hours at the Newman Center are Tuesday and Thursday, Nov. 13 and 15, from 5 to 7 p.m. Donations will be …

Shame on West Caldwell turnIng away "like new" clothing in the plaza donation area. Police say "they don't make the rules" so who says people don't want/need once-used sweatshirts, jackets and sweaters?? I understand the labor to weed out socks with holes, but make the donators open bags and hand over what's like new. I guarantee it'll be 95% of items.   more ›
