Bramhall to Serve as President of Essex County Chiefs of Police

West Caldwell Police Chief Michael J. Bramhall was sworn in as president of the Essex County Association of Chiefs of Police on Thursday, Dec. 6. Bramhall will serve a two-year term (2013-2014), taking over for outgoing president, Chief Robert Cimino of Maplewood. The association represents the county's 22 municipal police agencies as well as county, state and federal law enforcement agencies that work or have representatives in the county.
