Absolutely in love with their roast beef! Made in house and just plain awesome. Sandwiches are great, always get the signature name sandwiches such as the "Verona" or the "Montclair" Pizza is good also, I would recommend the buffalo chicken pie.

Best pizza in the area hands down!!! Been going here for more than 20 years and haven't found a better pizza. I ordered a bunch of sandwhiches there a few weeks ago and everything was amazing. Definitely recommend!!!

This place deserves a negative star......doesn't even deserve one star. Where do I begin? Staff rude, offensive and ignorant. Just Dire. Forte, Tony D's, Calandra's even Dominos tops this place.

The problem with their subs is that it depends on who's making them. I've had great subs there, and I've had lousy subs there. Just last week my wife and I split a #12, usually a good choice, but this time it was just awful.

They do have an acceptable cheesesteak, though. Not like Jim's or Geno's or Pat's or Tony Luke's, but for Caldwell it isn't bad.

It does look like a barn but a dirty one. The place is gross. The health dept should inspect it. I would not even use the bathroom let alone eat food prepared there.

This place is clean and what does decor have to do with great food? It is supposed to look like the inside of a barn, hence the name, Pizza and Sandwich Barn. Hands down the best sub shop in N.J. Great pizza, I have been going there since I was a kid and now take my kids there. Try the Greenbrook or the # 12 (Italian Sub). Awsome stuff! Now I'm hungry again.

This place is filthy. It should be condemned by the health dept. The last time it was renovated was 1950
