We went there yesterday morning (12/1) trying to buy a 2013 Accord. We walked around inside the show room for over 20 mins but no one came over to ask if we needed help. Then we asked the receptionist, she said she would try to find someone. 10 mins later a lady came over (Isabel) and introduced herself to us. Not sure if she had been trained to be a car sales person, as she seemed to be in such a rush to finish with us. Long story short, we spent around 15 mins with her then walked out. We wanted to make the purchase yesterday so decided to go to other car dealers instead of wasting our time with her. My recommendation is that this sales person needs additional training (if she ever had any) so she could understand how to treat her customers.
