Hi! We're glad we found you. Let's confirm a few details before we get started.
At Patch, we don’t take shortcuts. That’s why we hire professional editors and contributors in each of our towns and personally visit every business in our Directory at least once a year.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes a personal visit is not possible — a business might be run out of a home or the owner may be too busy. In this case, we list the business on Patch with as much information as we have. And because we believe in full disclosure, we include our verification disclaimer.
We are always looking for feedback on our listings and the verification process, so if you see incorrect information or have an opinion, please send us your thoughts. If you are the owner or manager of a business or organization, you can claim a listing and help determine what information is displayed on Patch.

O'Brien & Taylor, Esqs. represents MCI Eastern Security Systems, a notorious alarm monitoring company that locks their customers in 5-year auto-renewing contracts without providing proper services. You can find reviews of MCI elsewhere, but no lawyer with good ethical standard would serve as a hire gun for a company the prey on venerable consumers. Our church is being sued for early termination of the contract with MCI, represented by O'Brien & Taylor, Esqs. If they would sue a church for terminating the service thtat they don't provide as promised, just imagine what else they wouldn't do. You will definitely need them if you are a crook.
