Luce is an OUTSTANDING restaurant. Berkshire pork-chop special was easily one of the best pork dishes i've ever had. If you have any culinary backround or are a "foodie" then you know how rare, 100% pure Berkshire pork is. As far as fine dining goes Luce is head and shoulders above anything in Caldwell. I am impressed everytime I patronize.
