TERRIBLE! Had a very bad experience with this company last weekend. I recommend that NO ONE rents a car from Enterprise in West Caldwell, NJ. Please save your time, money, and dignity and rent from another company.

I had a great experience with Enterprise when I had to rent an SUV for a week while my car was being repaired. Very courteous and close attention to detail. I recommend.
