My son in law requested a Boston Butt cut of Berkshire Pork and Brian was able to get it. Pat cooked it in his smoker and we all thought it was the best we ever ate! Good luck to this new owner!!!!
The store just isn't the same. The rolls aren't always fresh. The prices were the same for the first few weeks, now I am told that there is an increase. The prices have gone way up, especially the chicken cutlets. I miss the old Vila!!!! Store looks great but disappointed in the change. Larry, we miss you! Be careful Corner Butcher Block, don't loose your customer base.

Store was greatly renovated, although the new building looks incredible. I spoke to the owner brian, unfortunately they didnt have dry aged meat, but informed me that in the new building that they will carry it. Overall great products and service in the store, excited for the new building.
