New Year's Day, Caldwell Library Throws 2014 Party, Schools Reopen

The Caldwell-West Caldwell School District will be closed Monday through Wednesday. Students will resume class again on Thursday. 

The Caldwell Public Library will offer a Vacation Story Time on Monday from 10-11 a.m. The story time will provide stories, songs, games and crafts for children 5 years and younger. No registration required. 

Get ready for your weekend garage/yard/estate sale by filling out this easy (and free!) form on Monday. Patch will use the information build an interactive map for people to find your weekend sale.

The Caldwell Public Library will host a New Year's Eve Family Party on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Come celebrate the eve of 2014 at with noisemakers  and countdown to 12 p.m. All ages welcome and no registration is required.
Wednesday is New Year's Day! The Caldwells Patch wishes everyone a happy new year!

The Essex Photo Club will meet at the Caldwell Community Center, at 1 Provost Square, on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.  Travel and nature photographer Brien Szabo will present an illustrated lecture on taking close-up photos. The meeting is open to the public. 

On Friday, find where garage/yard/estate sales are happening in the Caldwells and surrounding area using Patch's interactive map.
