Star Wars Day Kicks Off Summer Reading at Library

There will be characters, games, stories, cupcakes and more.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, a group of kids came together to celebrate the beginning of summer. The kicks off its Summer Reading Program on Saturday, June 23, at 11 a.m. with Star Wars Day.

Favorite Star Wars characters will be on hand to expose children to a new world of reading. Come enjoy stories, games, costumed characters, and cupcakes. There will be plenty of opportunities to have pictures taken and collect autographs! Come in costume for a special treat.
