Football: Chiefs Win 6 In A Row, Prepare For NJSIAA Tournament

James Caldwell High School is ranked a No.1 seed in the upcoming state tournament.

Make it six games in a row. 

James Caldwell High School defeated Irvington High School 19-8 on Saturday in Irvington.  

The Chiefs were led running back Ray Iodice, who scored three touchdowns on short runs in the first, third and fourth quarters, according to NJ.com. 

James Caldwell is now on a six-game winning streak. The Chiefs' only loss came at the hands of West Essex Regional High School. 

The Chiefs are preparing this week for the NJSIAA State Tournament this weekend. 

James Caldwell High School, a No. 1 seed, and will take on West Side High School, a No. 8 seed, on Saturday at 1 p.m.
