Cougars Clinch CACC North Division Crown
Caldwell College women's basketball defeats Concordia College for title.
The Caldwell College women's basketball team clinched the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference title with a 73-60 win in the final against Concordia College in Bronxville, N.Y. Saturday, the Cougars Athletic Department announced.
This is the first time Caldwell finished alone in first place since the conference went to divisions in 2007-08. The Cougars shared the title with Bloomfield College in 2010-11.
The team finished the regular season with a 17-11 overall record, and a 15-4 record in the CACC North Division.

Caldwell, the top-seeded team from the North will host fourth-seeded Philadelphia University from the South in the quarterfinals of the CACC Tournament on Saturday, March 2, at 2 p.m., in the George R. Newman Center.
