Caldwell Chiefs Raise Cash for St. Baldrick's

Since they've hosted the event, the Cedar Grove Elks have raised more than $200,000.

On Saturday, March 8, members of the Caldwell Chiefs 10U travel baseball team participated in a St. Baldrick's Day fundraiser at the Cedar Grove Elks Club.

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is the biggest funder of pediatric cancer research.

Participants in the event solicit donations in exchange for shaving their heads in order to raise funds for kids with cancer. The boys raised close to $1,000 for this year's event. The event on March 8 raised over $40,000 in total. In the 7 years that the Cedar Grove Elks have been hosting this event, they have raised over $200,000 for this tremendous cause.
