West Essex Foundation Raises $12,000 for Education

The West Essex Foundation for Education's first "Shop Till You Drop" holiday shop was a huge success, according to the West Essex Regional School District's Allison Freeman.

More than 300 shoppers attended the event on Oct. 29 at West Essex High School, purchasing everything from jewelry to clothing, according to WEFE President Cari Moskowitz.

"Thanks to our generous sponsors, both corporations and families, we were able to raise over $12,000," Moskowitz said. "We look forward to this event growing each year and becoming a tradition at West Essex. We are so thankful to everyone who attended, shopped and supported this event."
