LAST CHANCE: Turn in Those Box Tops

Spring collection deadline for Box Tops for Education coming up.

You've been faithfully collecting them, now it's finally time to hand them in. 

Elementary school students in Caldwell-West Caldwell have until Friday, May 11 to turn in Box Tops for Education in order to qualify for the spring contest.  

The class that collects the most box tops in each of the district's four elementary schools will win a special reward for the whole class.

Any box tops collected after next Friday will be counted in the next contest in the fall. 

Box Tops for Education is a program involving hundreds of participating products—such as cereal, beverages and trash bags—that carry the "Box Tops for Education" logo. Schools are eligible to receive cash rewards by clipping and turning in the box tops.

More than $400 million have been awarded to schools around the country since 1996, according to the program's website
