Mayor’s Ball Will Help Fund North Caldwell Turf Field

A soiree to raise cash for a North Caldwell athletic field is scheduled for Saturday in The Villa in Mountain Lakes.

The Mayor’s Ball will feature cocktails, dinner and will be hosted by WABC morning anchor Ken Rosato, according to newjerseyhills.com.

Tickets cost $100.

North Caldwell Mayor Joseph Alessi told the website the North Caldwell Recreation Foundation’s three initial members are former Council President Jim Campbell, Gabriella Glenn and North Caldwell Board of Ed President Bob Kessler.

Former mayor and borough administrator Mel Levine, Campbell and longtime resident and civic volunteer Woody Walker will be honored at the event, according to the report.
