Marc Driggs is a Lieutenant with the Caldwell Police Dept. and has had a twenty-five year law enforcement career. He served many years in the detective bureau and was awarded the N.J. State P.B.A. Gold Medal of Valor in 2010. He is also an instructor at the Essex County Police Academy in Cedar Grove, N.J. Marc lives on Martin Road with his wife Dawn of nineteen years and their two children, Alyssa and Matthew. Marc and Dawn are both graduates of James Caldwell High School and their children also attend West Caldwell public schools. Marc has coached West Caldwell Recreation tee ball, softball, and also coached Jr. Chiefs football. Marc attended Essex County College and numerous law enforcement in-service training courses including the F.B.I Leadership and Supervision Course. He worked for the Essex Fells Police Dept. from 7/1990-12/1994.  He was a Correction Officer for the NJ State Dept. of Corrections in 1990 and Essex County Dept. of Public Safety in 1989.
