College Coed to Christie: I'm Obsessed With You

Governor also shrugs off group of 'professional protesters' at Town Hall meeting in Caldwell.

A group of "professional protesters" disrupted Chris Christie's latest Town Hall meeting Tuesday in Caldwell, but the governor didn't let them spoil the day.

After all, a 21-year-old college student admitted she was "obsessed" with him, found him "inspiring" and said she hopes he runs for president.

"This is literally like the moment of my life," she said as she stood just feet away from the governor at the Caldwell Community Center, The Star-Ledger reported.

She was interrupted, however, by two people across the room whom Christie dubbed as part of a group of "professional protesters" who recited lines off their phones.

"What I like about this is that if it is really something heartfelt, why do they all have to read it off of their iPhone?," Christie said as they were escorted out.

The governor focused his 123rd Town Hall meeting on public workers' health care benefits and the state's need to curb entitlement spending, according to The Star-Ledger.
