Caldwell Seeks Sponsor for Community Center Gym

The Borough of Caldwell is looking for an advertiser to display its logo at center court in the gymnasium of the .

Proceeds from the sponsorship will be used to help pay for a scoreboard for the gym, according to the request for proposals (RFP) available on the borough's website. The scoreboard is estimated to cost $7,500.

The potential advertiser would have an area approximately 10-feet in diameter in the middle of the hardwood basketball court to display its logo. The logo, the RFP states, would remain for a minimum of three years from the date it is installed.

The installation would take place in the coming weeks when the in the gymnasium.

According to the RFP, the borough reserves the right to reject sponsorship proposals. The mayor and council will also have the opportunity to review and approve the final logo design.

Sealed proposals should be submitted to Paul M. Carelli, Borough Administrator, Borough of Caldwell, 1 Provost Square, Caldwell, NJ 07006, no later than 10 a.m., Friday, August 31, 2012. Envelopes should be marked: "Request for Proposals Caldwell Community Center—Gymnasium Floor Advertisement Logo."
