Reward for Info on Caldwell Man's Murder

Cops offer cash for help in finding perpetrators.

A cash reward of up to $5,000 is being offered to anyone with information that will lead to the arrest of the suspects who shot and killed a Caldwell man in Newark last August.

Frank Caroselli, 34, was while driving in Newark’s North District in the vicinity of 311 Woodside Avenue at approximately 1 a.m. on August 20, 2011, according to Sheriff Armando Fontoura.

Police initially were called to respond to a car accident in the area. They found Caroselli’s Range Rover had collided with a parked car after he was shot.

The suspects reportedly fled the scene in a gray, late 1990s Audi A6.

Authorities ask that anyone with information about the murder please contact the Essex County Prosecutor’s Major Crimes Task Force at 973-621-4586 or the Prosecutor’s Tip Line at 1-800-847-7432.

All calls to law enforcement will be kept confidential.

Local Psychic/World renowned medium and spiritualist Kimberley Smith points to this shooting as drug money related and a retaliation by either organized crime individuals/or gang members. After hours/social club members should have been questioned since the individuals involved may have some affiliations with area after hours social clubs where loose lips may flap. Clues/Visions...License plate on grey Audi had L and or P and N, 3 and 1 in it. Two possibly, three white males in car, shooter in passenger or back seat. There was small crack or broken car window...car may have been in used car dealer lot and painted another color/red, has since then been sold or auctioned off.
