Don't the police usually release the race/ethnicity of the assailant? What does a medium brown complexion even mean?

It means he is probably a black person but the reporter is white and is afraid to say black out of fear of being labeled a racist. If you find it uncomfortable to say than it shouldn't be included on health forms, loan forms, drivers license etc. I personally would love to remove history from the school system since all it does is dredge up the past, giving people whom never lived through it a reason to hate someone or something. If your kids are raised not hearing, black / white / slavery / etc. etc. etc. they would never think that they were superior or not as equal as another. so although I am not a fan of lib reporters, it's refreshing that there is no reference to race, now lets eliminate class, and we would be closer to john lennon's dream.
