The Caldwell Police Department is making it easy for residents to dispose of their old and unused meds.
The department has just set up a new drop box for people to get rid of their expired prescription medicines as part of the Medicine Drop program. The drop box is located in the front vestibule of the Caldwell Police Department's headquarters, at 1 Provost Square, and residents can dispose of their old meds anonymously seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Liquids and syringes are not permitted to be deposited in the box.
