CALDWELL SNOW BANKS

Caldwell should be out removing the snow banks in preparation for the storm on thursday. You think it's bad now, with another 10 inches things will be dangerous. The county did a lousy job as allways. They say you can't dump the snow on the astro turf at the oval field. Dump it down at the sewer plant were the compost is.
