The Jackals Experience

The Jackals Experience is a blog all about New Jersey Jackals baseball at Yogi Berra Stadium in Little Falls, NJ. Come out for Major League Fun at Minor League prices!!

It was a fun weekday series at Yogi Berra Stadium as the New Jersey Jackals took on les Capitals de Quebec. Monday night got started off with a bang as it was Jack the Jackals 15th Birthday Celebration.

Rupert the Newark Bear, the Seton Hall University Pirate, the Rutgers University Scarlet Knight and the New Jersey Devil joined him on his special day. Fans sung Happy Birthday as he blew out candles on his birthday cake. Monday night was also bring your pet to the park night. Jackals’ fans brought all kinds of dogs big and small to Little Falls for a fun evening. The Jackals dropped the first game of the series 3-0.

Tuesday night was salsa and cha cha night. Fans got to listen to fun Spanish music as the Jackals rolled to a 3-0 victory. Tuesday nights victory also marked the Jackals 700th win for the franchise!!

Wednesday night was hockey night sponsored by the Floyd Hall Arena. There was a puck handling relay race and the opening pitch was a wrist shot in to a hockey goal. The New York Rangers promotions team was also on hand. The Jackals dropped the final game of the series 4-3.

The Jackals return home next Friday, July 6th to take on the Rockland Boulders. First pitch is 7:05 p.m. and it is buy one get one free night. Buy one ticket and get the next one for free.

The Jackals continue their home stand on Saturday, July 7th at 6:05 p.m. and Sunday, July 8th at 2:30 p.m. against the Newark Bears. Saturday is a fireworks night at the ballpark and Sunday is Funday Sunday so come out and support your New Jersey Jackals next weekend at Yogi Berra Stadium.
