Day 5 of Indigo Yoga's 21 Day Challenge to a Happier and Healthier You

Here is your challenge of the day on your journey to a happier and healthier you!! For the 5th day we encourage you to connect with someone from your past – Reach out to an old friend or family member you haven’t talked to in a while and catch up. 

Sometimes we let work and our busy lives get in the way of relationships. As we grow in each step of our lives, it is normal to sometimes drift in separate directions in life from your friends… but let’s always remind ourselves of the important people who have come in and out of your life and remember that each of these people have molded you to be who you are today. Today Indigo Yoga challenges you to reconnect with an old friend.

Don't forget - keep track of your eating habits, sleeping patterns, hydration, and activity level today. Eat lots of vegetables, get rid of added sugar, limit gluten and dairy intake and drink plenty of water! Keep a journal and take 5-10 minutes this morning to set an intention and meditate to kick start your day. Wind down with 5-10 minutes at the end of your day by reflecting on the day and record your feelings and results.
