Day 16 of the Indigo Yoga 21 Day Challenge to a Happier and Healthier You

Here is your Day 16 Indigo Yoga challenge of the day: Clean up your act! Bring awareness to what you put out into the universe. Not just what you say and how you present yourself but also be aware of what you put out publicly- especially on social media. 

Do you post politically or religiously controversial topics on your Facebook? Do you post complaints, negative, or vulgar comments? Rid yourself (and all your friends) of that negativity! Instead write your opinions in a journal. Post a positive, inspiration quote today instead.

Let’s change the world in a positive way instead today! Post a positive review or a compliment instead a complaint.

Don’t forget – keep track of your eating habits, sleeping patterns, hydration, and activity level today. Eat lots of vegetables, get rid of added sugar, limit gluten and dairy intake and drink plenty of water! Keep a journal! Most important for today’s challenge- write down your opinions and feelings in a journal rather than open to the public. Take 5-10 minutes this morning to set an intention and meditate to kick start your day. Wind down with 5-10 minutes at the end of your day by reflecting on the day and record your feelings and results.
