Day 12 of the Indigo Yoga 21 Day Challenge to a Happier and Healthier You

On Day 12 of your 21 day challenge to a happier and healthier you, Indigo Yoga challenges you to connect with nature. Go for a walk outside. Are you near the beach? Sit on the beach and watch the waves. Is it a Snowy/rainy day? Watch the snow/rainfall. Watch the clouds and the trees and breath in fresh air. Watch this video and be in awe of nature: Dazzling Time-Lapse of America's Great Spaces (be sure to turn the volume up, listen to the music, and lose yourself in the beauty!)

Don’t forget – keep track of your eating habits, sleeping patterns, hydration, and activity level today. Eat lots of vegetables, get rid of added sugar, limit gluten and dairy intake and drink plenty of water! Keep a journal and take 5-10 minutes this morning to set an intention and meditate to kick start your day. Wind down with 5-10 minutes at the end of your day by reflecting on the day and record your feelings and results.
