Pack 9 Cub Scouts Clean Up School

Clean-up after back-to-school carnival is an annual community service project.

Pack 9 Cub Scouts of performed a community service project recently. The scouts got up early on a Saturday morning after the annual H.S.A. back-to-school carnival and cleaned up the grounds of the West Caldwell elementary school.

Many of the scouts attend Washington School and this is an annual community service project they perform with their scout leaders and parents. They picked up trash, swept and threw garbage away to make the school grounds look neater.

The work will help the boys achieve an Environmental badge.

What a great project. They really did a great job too. I saw how hard they were working. Kudos to Pack 9!
