Caldwells Pet of the Week: 6-Month-Old English Setter Mix

Betsy is betting she can find a new home in the Caldwells. 

This gorgeous pup is a 6-month-old English setter, German short-haired pointer, great pyrenees mix. Betsy is loving, social, smart, and eager to find a new owner and friend. You can adopt her now from Orphaned Pets Inc. of West Caldwell. 

She currently lives with a labrador retriever and is very well socialized with other dogs and people, so she would be fine in a home with another social dog. But Betsey would do best in a home without young children because she is working through some resource guarding issues.

Betsy is up to date on all her shots, is spayed and micro-chipped.

Orphaned Pets holds adoption clinics at local PETCOs around Essex County every Saturday of the month from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Orphaned Pet will be at the following locations throughout the month: 

• 1st Saturday of the month: PETCO, 339 Pompton Avenue, Verona 
• 2nd Saturday of the month: PETCO, Route 10 West, East Hanover
• 3rd Saturday of the month:PETCO, Route 46 West, Totowa
• 4th Saturday of the month: PETCO, Route 46 East, Parsippany
