Moon Over Manhattan Gala to Benefit North Caldwell Schools

The North Caldwell Partnership for Education (NCPE) is
pleased to announce their annual fundraising gala, Moon Over
Manhattan Supper Club and silent auction. This elegant
event will be held on Friday, March 14, 2014 in the Ballroom at University Hall at Montclair State University. The proceeds will go toward security updates at Grandview and Gould schools.

Due to budget limitations within the school district, the NCPE works closely with the administration and North Caldwell Board of Education (NCBOE) to help fund technology and capital improvements in Grandview and Gould schools. Following the tragedy at Sandy Hook, the NCBOE hired security experts to assess security within the schools and provide enhanced security recommendations. The District has received grants to help subsidize these costs, however, the total costs for the recommended upgrades are significant.

Attendance at the gala will turn enhanced security measures at North Caldwell schools from a dream into a reality. The NCPE hopes to have 300 attendees and raise $40,000 through this event. Tickets are $125 per person and include a buffet dinner, the Double Down Swing band, roaming entertainers, classy lounge area, signature vintage cocktails, and a spectacular view of the New York City skyline.
