Join The American Yoga Academy for a Morning Flow Yoga Class on Super Bowl Sunday, February 2 from 10:30 - 11:30 am.
Two Locations:
West Orange. Class will be led by Claire Diab, Founder of The American Yoga Academy, Master Educator and Advisor at The Chopra Center for Well-Being in Carlstad, CA. Location: The AYA Studio at The Grand Wilshire Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ
Summit. Class will be led by Mary Ann Gebhardt, Lead Educator at AYA and Chopra Center Certified Instructor. Location: MONDO, 426 Springfield Avenue, Summit.
No experience necessary. Our unique style of yoga teaches variations on yoga that benefit beginners as well as advance-level participants. $20 per person, $10 for seniors and students.
Following class, Introduction to Yoga Teacher Training 11:30 - 12:00 pm. Our directors will hold an Informational Session on the AYA's Yoga Teacher Training Courses. The American Yoga Academy is a a Register School of the Yoga Alliance.
