The following letter to the editor was written by Caldwell Borough Councilman Edward Durkin.

I am writing to express my support for Dan Cipoletti for Caldwell-West Caldwell Board of Education.

As a lifelong resident of Caldwell and a member of the Borough Council, I understand the importance of electing people who can get the job done.

Throughout his campaign, Dan Cipoletti has demonstrated that he has what it takes to provide the leadership required to keep our schools moving forward while providing value for the people of Caldwell and West Caldwell.

I am confident that Dan will bring a lifetime of technology and management experience to the board and will help lead on developing schools that are competitive in the 21st century and beyond.

On Nov. 5, I will give Dan Cipoletti my vote and I strongly encourage the people of Caldwell and West Caldwell to do the same.
