Vice Principal to be Announced, Schools Renovated and More in the Week Ahead

Here's what you need to know this week in the Caldwells. 

—The Caldwell-West Caldwell Board of Education is back after summer break. The BOE will meet at 7:30 p.m. at Harrison School on Gray Street and the new vice principal for and other teacher appointments. 

—West Essex and CWC schools were spruced up over the summer. Look for a story on what students can expect to find on the first day of school.

—Save the Date! The Caldwell Gridiron Club will hold a Comedy Night on Friday, Sept. 7 at the Women's Club of Caldwell. Food will be tailgate style. . 

—It's the before students head back to school. Here are some ideas for last-minute summer fun.
