The U.S. Mint began issuing $1 coins honoring U.S. Presidents in 2007. Four presidential coins are released each year, with Presidents Arthur, Cleveland (first term), Harrison, and Cleveland (second term) scheduled for 2012.

Cleveland is the only U.S. President born in New Jersey and the only president to serve two non-consecutive terms. He served as the 22nd and 24th president.
