Snapshot: Photos of Fourth of July Ice Cream Social

Event offers tours of Cleveland birthplace, treats, games and a piece of history.

The annual Ice Cream Social at the Grover Cleveland Birthplace drew people of all ages—even Uncle Sam—as members of the Kiwanis and Rotary clubs conducted the flag raising ceremony and Kevin Hersh, president of the Rotary Club of the Caldwells, read the Declaration of Independence to kick off Sunday's event.

While tours of the birthplace of the country's 22nd and 24th president were given, children enjoyed playing games and learning some history.

Cloverleaf Tavern provided food, while Gelotti Ice Cream of Caldwell offered some treats.
