Presidents' Day: What's Open, What's Closed?

Monday, Feb. 18 is Presidents’ Day, a national holiday marking the birthdays of Presidents Abraham Lincoln and George Washington.

• Both state and federal offices are closed.
• All public schools in the Caldwells are closed.
• Financial and stock markets are closed.
• State and local government offices and courts will be closed.
• Banks and public schools have the option to close.
• Post offices will be closed; there will be no regular mail delivery.

•  New Jersey Transit will operate on an enhanced weekend rail schedule with additional trains on the Montclair-Booton Line during morning and afternoon peak periods. Bus schedules vary by route.
