Caldwell Family Crazy for 'Mad Hungry' Meals [Video]

Junior chefs create video tribute to Lucinda Scala Quinn.

Celebrity chef Lucinda Scala Quinn of "Mad Hungry" fame is all about bringing back the family meal. Among the many families across the country taking her message to heart is the Kasbo family of Caldwell.

Father Abe recently wrote to the star of Mad Hungry, which airs on Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, explaning how important cooking and eating together are to his family. Lucinda featured their story on her blog on Monday, Oct. 31.

But the Kasbos did not stop there. The family created a video starring brother and sister Nicolas and Sofia, second graders at, demonstrating how to prepare garlic toast. (See attached video.) "We hope [you] enjoy it as much as we relished making it, and as much as the kids enjoy watching and learning from you," Abe wrote to Lucinda.
