Construction Closes Brookside Avenue, Monday Through Friday
Roadway closed between Westville Avenue and Cleveland Road for repaving.
Brookside Avenue will be closed Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for road construction.
The road that borders Grover Cleveland Park will be closed to traffic between Westville Avenue and Cleveland Road as crews repave Brookside Avenue and lay new curbs.
The construction is expected to take three weeks. The road work, passed by the council in June, is part of the borough’s $1.5 million project to replace water mains throughout The Cedars. The project began in the spring of 2011.
