My name is Potsie and I’m a sweet, but very shy little girl and need a patient, kind and loving owner willing to work with me to learn to trust people. I was brought to the shelter as a stray kitten and I never seemed to get used to being domesticated totally and was always very timid with people. I'm working on being more trusting with the shelter employees and volunteers, but I really need an understanding owner that is willing to work with me more.
My shelter friends Rich and Penny have made so much progress with me because of their kindness and attention and they both think that I have so much potential to be a great pet if I could find a special owner with a big heart!
I've come such a long way since I came to the shelter, I love playing with cat toys and I'm really starting to come out of my shell a lot more now with different people. All I need is for someone to spend some time getting to know me and give me a chance so that I can finally understand what life outside of a cage and in a real home is like. All I've ever known is this shelter cage, and all I really want is to find a forever home and someone to love me.
